Import charges. Prices are in US dollars. Import taxes and duties, if charged, are paid by the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking and changes. Email [email protected] with your order number for tracking or delivery help. To change or cancel an order, contact us promptly, because changes may not be possible after dispatch. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
Returns
Start a return. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item and your request. We will email you the return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Condition and return shipping. Keep the product, accessories and packaging together, and take reasonable care of the goods while you inspect them. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items. Email us a description, and photos where available. We will help resolve the issue and coordinate with the manufacturer where needed. Any responsibility for return costs that applicable consumer law places on us remains with AKOUT.
Refunds. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process a returned item. Your payment provider may take longer to post the credit. Where applicable law sets a shorter deadline, that deadline applies.

This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund or faulty-goods rights under applicable consumer law. Manufacturer support does not replace those rights.
