AKOUT sells NEXTORCH lighting and handles warranty claims for orders placed on akout.com. We work with NEXTORCH where a repair or replacement needs the manufacturer.
What is covered

What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, worn finishes and the gradual loss of battery capacity over time.
- Damage from accidents, drops beyond the stated impact rating, or use outside the stated water rating.
- Damage from misuse, modification, or repair by anyone other than AKOUT or NEXTORCH.
- Damage caused by non-NEXTORCH batteries, chargers or accessories, or by leaking disposable batteries.
- Disposable batteries, pocket clips, lanyards, headbands and holsters.
How to make a claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the product, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video.
- We reply within 2 business days with the next step.
- Within 15 days of delivery: for a confirmed defect, we send a replacement at no cost to you.
- After 15 days: we give you a return address. You pay to send the item to us. We repair or replace it and pay to send it back to you. If a model is no longer available, we offer the closest current equivalent.
There is no inspection charge if we find that an item is not faulty.
Your rights
